when i bought our 57 ranchwagon it already had the disc swap done, no power booster . it was like steping on a brick when ya stepped on the peddle, tha cars in for a rebuild now andpower brakes are on top of the list to do, along with power steering, i used to drive truck and the 62 kenworth log truck i drove was easier steering, lol.

When I first did my swap I didn't put a booster on it but used the power master cylinder. Big mistake!
I switched to a non power cylinder and everything was as it should be, no more hard pedal.

I took the hose brackets off the Torino I got mybrakes from and mounted them on my car. It brings the
hose to the front and away from the springs. It also has enough slack in the hose this way
