Speedometer plastic lens and colour of casted metal part

Why not make a new plastic face and have a trophy shop or pinstriper do your markings and lettering. Lots of speedos are dual marked so it wouldn't be hard to figure out conversion. No need for any calibration or gears speedo doesn't care if its metric or not. My 2 cents

I good sign shop can duplicate your old speedo numbers in any color and font and apply it to a new piece of plastic. The new MPH speedo lenses form Carpenter and others is done this way.
