Country Sedan Overdrive Crossmember

My car was originally equipped with an overdrive transmission but it was replaced with a regular 3 speed before I got it. I have all the equipment to reinstall the overdrive but while doing a little measuring today discovered that the o/d transmission mount is about 5" further to the rear than the standard 3 speed. Looks easy enough to fab up a plate but I was wondering if anyone knew what the original set up was... different cross member or was there an adapter plate ?

Never mind....Had a cup of coffee and then took another look, all I have to do is spin the trans mount around ( it's offset 2.5" ) and it will line up perfectly. Some times thing are just to simple ...
