Those are the splash pan/panel behind the turn signal lamp bracket that ties the loose end of the bumper to the body....

Good motors are selling on ebay for about $300. I don't expect to get that much, but make me an offer. I took this motor off of a 57 chevy at a wrecking yard in Provo, Utah in 1970 while I was attending college there.  I think it took about 30 minutes to change from the vacuum motor to the 12 volt motor.  It was so nice to be rid of the vacuum.  Pay for shipping and the clock is yours

Jim - you probably already know that the spare tire hold down (spare behind the seat) in a Ranchero is different that the one pictured.
