HELP!!!!!

I somehow got into a page to modify my profile to change my E mail address. somehow when I came back to the web page, it had changed my language preference to Albanian. for the life of me, I cant get back to the page to change that to English. This is making part of this web site very hard to read. What am I doing wrong?

Mine says Albanian also but everything reads and writes in English...

everything on mine except the actual posts is written in gibberish. for instance spell check is written  " Kontrollo germezimin"

Call off the dogs! By clicking on every phrase I couldn't understand, I ended up back in the modify profile page  and was able to reset to English.
