RT 66 Rendezvous in San Bernardino

For those of you in Southern California, the 8th annual Rendezvous, back to Rt 66 is scheduled for October 2, 2021.  https://rendezvoustoroute66.com/  this is a link to the webpage for the event.  over 600 cars are currently registered for this event. 

The original event was called Rt 66 Rendezvous and it was held in downtown San Bernardino for decades with one event having 2000 vehicles.  A city bankruptcy and the loss of the visitors and convention bureau led to the event not being held for a couple of years.  Since the Rt 66 Rendezvous name is owned and trademarked by the City, they can no longer use that name, so the local Chamber of Commerce has revived the event.  It is now just a one day affair, with most of the events and trappings of the original event.  You can sign up to attend as late at Friday, October 1, 2021   I plan on having 4 of my cars there.
