For the doors if you mean the sides, just use the 4 door seals, should be similar enough.

For the tailgate/liftgate, I just recently used 2 of the Sedan Delivery rear door strips, 1 for the upper and one for the lower gate.

I think an upper rubber cap on the area where the top window gate hits the top of the tailgate is needed. Sort of like on hardtops. I'll see if one of my spare HT caps works and report back.
here is the part.

Here is my seals.  But also took pics of the top corner. I noticed it still leaves a space for air or water in hard conditions.

Abe, can you show some pics of the lower tailgate seal. I am looking to replace mine.

Thanks,

I'll try to get some more photos later today. I found another wagon online that had an added seal to make it more water proof. It seems to be a circle bead glued across the top of the tailgate and outer edge of the top liftgate.

My tailgate has a rusted mess in some sections, but I'll get pics anyhow.

The ones here are of the upper added seal I found this searching for tailgate pictures.

Abe, I think the seal in the lift gate is correct and the flat gasket on the inside edge is also correct with the outer 'bubble seal' not correct like you stated. I wonder what seal they used on the tail gate though. It is good to see a visual representation.

I used the same one from the liftgate onto the tailgate, I saw someone post about doing that and it fit fine. My old one in there was the same one. So just buy two of that part. Its the part# for the 1 piece door on a Sedan Delivery.

If you want extra weather protection, that extra seat on the liftgate might be the way to go.

BTW it got dark on me today so might take pics tomorrow.

Also that inner rubber, between the trims it just like an anti-squeek it doesn't provide much sealing.

In my pics above I was mentioning that a topper or nice piece of rubber is needed for the top lip of the tailgate to the body where the liftgate hits. Thus all the pics.
