That can be corrected ... $$$

I see it has the customary CORVETTE MC INSTALL ...  :why3:

Anybody else notice that the vacuum windshield wiper motor is mounted upside down? So rather than allow the drain tube to let any moisture out, it lets it in. Agree with Jeff, not a fan of painted bumpers, although after still hurting from paying more to have my 59s bumpers rechromed, than the car cost new, I can see why some guys go that route, but to me, it just doesn`t look right. And whenever I see one of those hideous cheap, chinese HEI distributors on a Ford, and the super cheap gauges, I have to wonder what other cost saving short cuts were made. Just doesn`t see in keeping with a body off resto. Also noticed it has no PCV system, just a closed oil cap on the drivers side, and an open plastic nipple on the passenger side. At this point, with the price well below 10 grand, all those things can be corrected, and if the paint and body looks as nice in person, as the photos, would be a great deal.

Oh,  and as Kultulz comment, I believe that he is refering to the all to common aftermarket power brake booster and brake master cylinder, which I have to wonder it that was a good choice for the factory 4 wheel drum brakes.

THANK YOU!

He has a CORVETTE DISC/DISC CHI-COM SLOPPY COPY MC and BOOSTER on a four wheel drum car most likely with no RESIDUAL PRESSURE VALVES?

... makes sense to me ...

At what point is a FORD not a FORD? Might as well jack it up and run a BOW-TIE drive-train under it.

Okay...I did not notice the Corvette stuff...cause not that familiar with it.
I also noticed that the oil pan seemed to not be painted, with I thought was sorta strange if the motor had been rebuilt.
All in all...probably NOT gonna score big $$$ for this one.
NO car of mine...will EVER have any Bow-tie stuff on it. Nope...not happening.

Yes, the hei distributor has no place on a Ford engine and it's wound so far over you couldn't advance the timing if you wanted to.

Well, this is the thing. The car has a solid body, but to bring it back into a correct time period(s), will require $$$ (nothing wrong with the 460 transplant) (IMO).

The car is not mine and he can do whatever he wants with it. I am a purist but if updating the drive-train, do it in a fashion whereas it can be reverted to a correct time period. In other words, DO NO HARM.

Resto-mod is OK up to a point. At a certain level it is going to de-value a good re-sale price unless the buyer is into Resto-mods.

First thing I'd do is get rid of that rear bumper and replace it with the smaller Custom unit.

  Car looks pretty nice though.
