You guys share my thoughts on that hood ornament, although I still cringe everytime I see a pic of someone sitting on a hood.....if I remember correctly that's some year LTD.....a model I hadn't thought of for years.
Foxworthy for Fords......isn't "A-1" an old Chevy thing?

The hood ornament was a DSO - dealer installed option.  Very expensive after initial excitement.
