When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

Picture 3716   At first glance the traffic officer Looks like Barney Fife but it cant be because that officer has his ammo pouches on correct.
Barney had his  always had his upside down.
Sure looks like him. If I remember correctly they only gave him a real bullet once.

And he had to keep it in his pocket! I knew a few guys like that over the years...but then...the town they were in...at that time...was kinda like Mayberry. Sadly...it isn't anymore.

I had a link sent with pictures of old Canadian prairie towns.  I started going through it and decided to save the Ford, gas stations, dealership, equipment photos.  After I got through it I read the intro and it said there were 18,000 pictures and I had saved 1,350 cool ones.  I won't overload the system but will post some if you like them.  I saved this one for the fuel truck and as I examined it I found the FORD sign on the roof.  Would I like to have that now.

    Both of you are correct.
Barney was only allowed to have just one and that one got him into enough trouble..

Sweet pic. I can see we are in for a steady diet of old pics!  :003: You will hear no complaints frm me! LOL!!!

If Barney wasn't in trouble...Barney was asleep...although at times THAT could also mean he was in trouble. Poor guy couldn't seem to avoid it no matter what he did or didn't do!   :005:
