This developed recently. When going to open the door from the inside, the door latch does like only like a half click open and you have to pull the door in and pull the lever again in it fully open.
Does the same from the outside also, it just does like half Click open.
What Has worked for you guys for adjustment. Is it the catch Teeth on the post or some adjustment on the latching starwheel?

Abe. Is it possible that your door seals have become soft, or your latch catches are aligned so that your star wheels rotate 3 clicks instead of 2? maybe put the latch catch on the b pillar further in, so that the star wheel only rotates 2 clicks. lubricating all the moving parts, especially the inner remote door latch can obviously help as well.

I don't believe I've ever read of that issue here before. I didn't have that issue even with changing out both latch assemblies. My uneducated guess would have me checking the long connecting rods that connect the door handle mechanism to the latch. did you make any changes to those?

No changes were made inside the door. 
I'll try the catch adjustment first since it's there and easy to get to. 
At first I thought it was a locking issue or the handle pivot.
