This a follow up to my previous post regarding sealing a fuel gauge sending unit. After doing some research I found for sale a NOS package of 10 sending unit seals.  These are the square cut style which was factory change for the o-ring style.  They are black type material and are still flexible and usable. The interesting fact is the replacement seals are a cork type material and are only 3/32 thick.
The factory ones are 5/32 thick.
Since I have a few extra if somebody has a need for one of these seals send me your address and I will send you one.
