yes I believe so... Which the kit I will be buying comes with everything and booster as well. I will see if booster will fit without a ton of modification but if not I will just go manual and keep it for later. At first my dad and I were just going to order new MC and go through old brakes... But I'm learning and just decided might as well do what I really want and get the whole conversion kit/ replace everything so I don't have to come back and mess with it again.

Uhhhh yeah had me puckered up pretty good😂😂😂 and honestly I have no idea how fast. Speedo still is not operational at this time. Need to order new cable.

We were lucky it was on an uphill and I had already gotten out of it a while back before coming to that T. It's a good backroad to test on but I forgot that it had construction so it was a T instead of a 4 way. Still I'm guessing when my foot hit the floor trying the brakes we were going about 45ish..

Well it's been a while... I have had delays due to money circumstances. BUT I am getting back on track. I have ordered the speedway brake conversion kit! It is on back order estimated ship is July 1st or sooner! I am very excited to get back to driving Mo and working on her. Will post pictures as I get back to work!

Well it's been a while but I'm still here!😂 3 kids in 3 years will pump the brakes on projects but I'm finally starting to chip away on the 57 again. Here's some pics of myself my dad, brother, and my 2boys/1girl at the Tulsa car show. I'm currently installing a Holley sniper kit and working on brake conversion as well. Have a boat load of parts for Mo just finding time to work on her has been the issue. Will post pictures as I continue!

Ran my return line and installed regulator. Also making new bracket for new fuel pump to hang in front of fuel tank. Going to drop old tank out next and remove all of the old fuel system!

Out with the old and in with the new. Removed old tank, fuel pump, and tried to pull the old line... idk if it's factory or not but a metal clip holding brake and fuel line between the body and the frame seems a little ridiculous... and it's being held by a bolt and you can't get a wrench to it. So that will be my next nemesis to conquer😂

I appreciate the help! The sniper kit I bought uses an inline pump though. I've got new fuel injection line ran on passenger side of frame. Just getting everything roughed in right now to fit. Figuring it out as I go😂

Just something to look into. I've heard that in-line pumps will get air-locked if no canister is also installed (also inline)right next to the pump. I can't remember if it was before or after the pump.
Mine is installed Inside the tank with a Tanks Inc. pump and recessed box.
I can do this, I can do this, I, well, maybe

I found an aftermarket tank that was designed for an in-tank  fuel pump. It was a 22 gallon tank sold by Bob Drake. It was one of the last ones they had. They were discontinued I believe. I was of the impression that electric high pressure pumps fail because of heat build up and pumps seem to be weak link in EFI applications. That is why I bought a top of the line in-tank pump.

Thank you guys for all the info! Maybe I shoulda looked into it more before purchasing the kit.. I went the inline pump just cause from what I read it was easier installation. I will definitely look into the airlock situation. I've read about them vapor locking but from what I understood the return line/ pressure regulator was supposed to help that. Idk if that's the same thing or if that would be something different. Also what do you mean by canister? Im still learning as much as I can as this is my first project ever. I'll take all the input and info I can get! Thanks again guys!

I admire your tenacity as this is your first project!!! Things are so different than when I first started car projects 60 years ago ... Everybody here will help and in the old days your help was at the gas station (or friends), no internet, computers, cell phones, you had to be self taught. Your journey is already one for the books! I'd wish you good luck but you already have found it.
