Painting centers of dogdish hubcaps

Probably a stamped metal mask with the letters cutout and a quick spray.

So...since you are in that world...have always wondered...is that bow they paint those cars you design that are more than one color? I have to believe there is a way they do those that is fast, right?

Well it's a combination of common parts.  On little Christmas trees that spin and sprayed really fast.  The art on the sides is more akin to silkscreening. Which might be a way to do the caps also.
