Quote from: Jeff Norwell on 2025-03-18 05:30Apologies to all.I haven't been around.. well.I have.. but not big on any posting.
The last 6 months to a year has been strange, trying and stressful .
Trying to complete our new shop(costs are killing me) trying to meet deadlines on that.... Taking care of our Grandchild and  of course working.
but I did get some good news,... Just before we moved and did our downsizing. my 57 got shot for a Magazine.....
with these type of things... the vehicle may get photographed... but getting printed is a completely different story these days....
As we all know.... Print is in Dire shape.... so I was extremely happy to see my black 57 get 6 pages.
On that note.... I received a Ton of help right here on the site.... I want to thank All... this place is an incredible wealth of information.
As for the car.I am extremely happy with it... except I want to paint the front gravel pan "Argent"....
My pal and Painter made that choice and it's wrong.... but I can live with it for now.

Anyways...I am around floating in the BG.....
KEEP BUILDING THEM 57's!

Meant to ask...what month is the issue? Looks like I may have to go to Springfield MO to buy a copy...no one around me carries Modern Rodding magazine.   :'(

When I was fourteen years old, I was amazed at how unintelligent my father was. By the time I turned twenty-one, I was astounded at how much he had learned in the last seven years!

I'm doing a car show in Lubbock tomorrow. It's the "West Texas Roundup" at Cook's garage. They always put on a good show. I may see a Fleishman or two there, and hopefully Courtney Stidham, whom Hugh and I visited with a few years ago! Looking forward to it, about 270 mile round trip, so not too far.
I can do this, I can do this, I, well, maybe
