Any guidance on how to replace the staples that Ford used to attach a lot of the rubber parts? My plan is to use stainless paper clips, bend and place them by hand. If there is an easier and or better way educate me please. Thanks

I found a pair of pliers that was the right width and used them to bend stainless aircraft safety wire in the shape of a staple.
