Guys,
Has anyone had experience with putting window felt on the inside window molding with staples. Where did you get the staples and procedure you used to install them. Thanks, Jim

Jim, didn't use staples as I couldn't find a machine to punch them through.  Used 1/8" pop rivets just long enough to go through the felt and the door panel.  This was on a 62 T-Bird.  Use a black sharpie to color them prior to installation.  Can not see them at all.

Blueblood,
I finally used rivets myself. But I used 3/32 aluminum solid countersunk rivets. I dempled the molding and the felt and bucked them with a hand bucker. The aircraft building equipment I have came in handy. I was well satisfied and the head of the 3/32 rivet was swallowed by the felt. Jim
