Will these wheels fit ?

I have found a nice set of wheels for my 57 Ranchero project, but I'm not sure that they will fit.
they are :

Bolt Pattern: 5 x 4.5
Size: 16 x 7
Offset: +38 mm
Recommended tire size  215/65/16
These fit 2005 UP Mustang
I dont know the backspace

I plan to lower the car 2 inches front & Rear.
What do you think??

You will need a spacer (2" I think) for those to even bolt up.
