Gerald, believe you haven't gotten an answer because everyone has been burned by a chrome shop at one time or another. My suggestion would be to visit a local street rod builder or high end restoration shop and see if they would recommend someone local.  We used to have an incredible shop here in our area that went downhill when the kids took over.

i'm really not in a hurry (believe it or not) don't we always want everything yesterday?,   this will be a project for this winter and i can put more time into it,   for now the pieces are covered with the top cover so no one can c it any way.  thanks for the comeback
