hub caps

can't seem to run out of questons.     i have 1 hubcap that moves on the wheel, making the valve stem move with it,   anyway to stop it?

Can you bend the out the mounting tabs to make it tighter?

i did try it,  maybe i didn't bend enough,   maybe i should say  what part of the tabs?,   the main part or the little part with the small teeth?

That would be a wheel cover not a hub cap

Gerald, I had this problem with my hubcaps. One stem got cut when cap kept moving. Got metal extensions
for stems which solved problem. John

Bend outward the part with the teeth.
