Installing side mouldings

I just got my 57 Ranchero back from paint shop, and will begin the reassymbly of everything soon. Looking at the side moldings, has anyone done this recently? Source of moulding clips? Looks like I can reach the back of the front fenders and doors, so I would like to use the common T-Type clip rather than the snap on type. My concern is the rear quarter moldings, looks like I will not be able to reach the very center of this piece. What kind of clip is available for these? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I used the universal "cut to fit" for two doors and rear quarters.  If you use them make sure the 10-24 stud is centered.   My original concern over future stainless removal pushed me towards the universal and left the center over the tub without anything.  One side is tight and one could use a press in but it is really a non-issue.  If had it to do all over I would use the push-in and the universals at the ends. 

The driver door stainless piece needed to be replaced.  Yesterday I decided use the universals at each end and something that looks like Concours Auto 2675, page 165 of the new catalog.  My plan for the front fenders is to use the push-ins with universal at the stainless ends.

I will be interested to hear what others think about this issue.  I know from experience on another car that the screw type offers the opportunity to over tighten and damage the paint.  If your stainless is straight I don't think I have a problem with the push-ins.

These folks will likely have the original type fasteners. I have been quite successful finding what I need from them.
