I know there is quite a few of us in SoCal on this site. This would be a good place to spread the word on local shops and such that we can call on when needed. 

Big 4 transmission. Paramount Ca. 562-633-4253. He is one of the few left that can work on our overdrive transmissions. I have had him work on 2 of my T86- R11 transmissions. He is reasonably priced and does a good job.

Equipment Truck Electric. Hesperia Ca. 760-947-3182. He has Rebuilt several of my Generators for less than half of what it costs to get a rebuilt one from a parts store.
