*&^#@% Dome Light Assembly

Bros:
I come to the conclusion that Ford originally sold the replacement dome light assembly as a one piece unit, as nothing short of a direct nuclear hit will remove the lens from the chrome plated pot metal bezel!!
If anyone knows how to remove the lens form the bezel without great risk to life and limb please let me know as all the aftermarket units are two piece plastic!!!

I haven't done it in a long time but I think you squeeze it on each side and it snaps out.
