I was toying with the idea of running a 3x2 setup on my 302 and found a few very expensive options. However...

I found this on the HAMB forum. A guy in Austrailia has come up with a 3x2 adapter for the stock 302 injection manifold that would allow you to run 3 or 4 bolt carbs like strombergs etc. I think its a very cool idea. Check out the pics...
