heads up on low miles wrecked markviii (4.6 4 cam)

If this was anywhere near me I'd be bidding on it...a 59,ooo mile wrecked '95 markViii on ebay. bidding with 5 days left is at 1,025. The car is in Maryland. Damage isn't that bad, owner says will have to be towed, but I'm not so sure. Aparently front suspension damage.
