iNTERNATIONAL RT. 66 CAR SHOW

This past weekend saw an international rt 66 preservation organization bring their annual car show(s?) to Amarillo. Apparently each year the organ. picks a different historical location along the old Mother Road, and this year it was the Amarillo Rt 66 historical district. What was really cool for me was that I didn't have to drive to it...wasn't even a long walk...1 1/2 blocks put me right in the middle of the 8 block long show. There were some neat cars there..many I hadn't seen as they were not locals (one was from British Columbia), and some of the regular locals I had seen before...such as Ralph Fleishman's red and white Edsel.(Ralph is Pat and James' dad)Just got a few pics before my camera batteries died....Love this Ford PU
