Ranchero fuel tank help

Got a 57Ranch that i'm installing a new fuel tank into. The orig was already out, but still had the straps. My problem is, is that there is only one hole on the right side in the well for the tank strap bolt. There is no hole on the left side. What retains the strap in place on the left?

Figured it out! LH extension panel is badly rusted. The hole was hidden with a few others
