I found one in the loft the other day.  It is a '57 cross member with a notch cut in it for a C6

I might take it. I'm pondering the 312 now trying to figure either fordomatic or c4/c6 maybe aod. I hate spending so much money for a bell housing adapter when it's just simple metal cut out to shape. I wish I was in with some machinists.
