Tailgate Rubber Bumper

On the tailgate opening of a wagon or Ranchero there seems to be a "V" shaped rubber bumper (actualy shown in Fig. 24, page 10-11 of the 1957 Ford Factory Service Manual).  The rubber bumper is installed near the tail gate striker. 

Does anyone know where these rubber bumpers can be purchased (new or used)?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
