car horn

ok,   just to let u know i'm still around.       went to a car show at the world headquarters for fords today,     nice day,    after the show i went home and cleaned the car up,    in doing so i hit the car horn and it wouldn't shut off,  first i took off the steering wheel horn ring,  that didn't work,   took off the battery cable.     played around with it for a while ended up frying  the horn wire and another wire connected to the horn relay  connected to the cyl,.  is it possible that the horn relay went bad?  thanks for any info anyone has,    jerry                            UPDATE<         horn relay was bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems like when a relay goes bad they don't work at all. I could be wrong. Is it grounding out
somewhere?
