How you get the Idler arm off - 1957 fairlane

How you get the Idler arm off? It appears that the bushing is threaded on the outside in the opposite direction of the arm itself. Does this mean I need to get the arm loose from the frame first. Them unscrew the arm from the link and do the same to the other side that's in the mount that goes to the frame. I hoping I answered my own question. I just need to be sure. Thanks in advance

Yep!  I'd do the drag link first then from the frame mount.  Keeps it from wiggling around so much.
