Hope everyone here survived the great DNS plug pull.  Tried to run a final check last night but could not get on the site to verify.  Ran the check a month or so ago and the screen came up green so I figured all was good.  Happy to log on this morning for my "car porn" (as the wife calls it) prior to hitting the grocery store!

There was mal wear out there that would infect your computer and put you into phoney webs sites to try and gather your personal info.  The FBI captured the guys that set this up, put up servers to get folks that were infected to the proper sites without compromising their personal info.  Many warnings and web sites to see if you were infected with the mal ware and that yesterday was the day they (FBI) would take down the server that had been filling the gap.  If you were infected and had done nothing you would not be able to get on line as of laast night at midnight.  Not quite the milenium debackle but everyone was ramped up for the worst.
