Refresh my memory

Back when I had my 57 Custom300 between '68-'71 I changed the steering wheel to one that had only a center horn button and the wheel didn't have the recess for the horn ring type. I remember pulling off a taxi cab. Were these type standard on Customs? I may have taken it off a 58, too many years ago for me to recall clearly. I'd like to find another one, not a priority, just a thought when I install the 58 box.

Both my Ranchero and Ranchwagon have the center button horn wheel.

OK, thank you. I wonder what determined which horn you got. My Ranchero has the ring model.

That is the standard Custom 70A wheel, Courier, other base models...all the 300's, Del Rio wagons, the dressier stuff, got the one with the ring.

if you were closer would be interested i the column and wheel, but there is still lots of that stuff nearby.
