That '57 Ranchero was up for auction before at the Kansas City Mecum Auction last December 6-7-8.

I only know that because my friend went down there & bought a 55 Chevy.  He wrote me from there asking if I wanted to bid on the Ranchero.   Emm, no, I didn't.  Figured it would be too rich for my blood.
Later he wrote ... "That '57 Ranchero did not sell. Reserve was not met and the guy wanted $35k. Highest bid was $25k."

Both really nice..particularly the Courier, but I only say that cause the photo quality of the Ranchero makes it hard to tell. I'm thinking if that Ranchero were mine, I wouldn't have sold it for 25K either.

Like them both,the Ranchero bench material reminds me of couch we used to have many years ago. It would have to go right away.

Sold for $41,000...good money for the seller! Pretty sanitary and fresh looking.
