Some of you may have followed the guy on the Hamb that bought a chopped ranchero, and unchopped it.He fabbed in a fairlane 500 windshield and roof front. His project stalled when his body man had health issues with his baby.He also was searching for some parts with no luck. I've been in contact with him for a few months as I had what he needed to continue his project. He was on a trip from Ohio to Nebraska for some old Mercury parts, then came up to Wisconsin to get some stuff from me.It was a good exchange, nobody got rich ,we did a little trading, and his project should move forward. Interesting guy definitely a hamber, he has had over a dozen 57's in his lifetime. He has some big name interested in the ranchero, can't wait to see the result. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=567430&page=15[/url]     Mark

I've chopped two roofs before (a 1948 Ford Anglia and a 1967 Morris Minor) and that was hard enough, but UN chopping a roof with a wrap-around screen?  Man, I wouldn't fancy that. Rest assured if I attempted it the windshield would never fit without lots of tubes of silicone sealant!!!!
