near misses for one of our suppliers

I talked to someone at Classic Auto Parts in Oklahoma City this morning. Good to hear someone answer the phone! The tornado that went thru Moore a few weeks ago missed them by 1 1/2 miles to the south, and the one that hit I40 in Oklahoma City last week was just a 1/2 mile to the north.
I figured they had to be pretty close. They are situated on the I35 access road about 5 or 6 miles south of I40

That is good news for them, I had a very similar near miss with the April 27th tornados here in AL.  But after thanking God the old saying we used in the Navy when under fire came to mind..."Close don't count except with horse shoes, hand grenades and atomic bombs"...

That is good to hear.  I have not used them yet, but just got their catalog in the mail last week.

Bill, we used to say that in my Navy days also, we somehow overlooked all the leaks etc... that we dealt with from concussion damage.
