58 / 59 Manual Pitman Arm

Well I finally got a rebuilt steering box out of a 58, but to my surprise, it didn't have the pitman arm with it. So I'm looking for a 58 / 59 Manual Pitman Arm. Can't seem to find any through any vendors either. This is the last part I need to get the 57' back on the road again! So anyone have one or know of any out there???
