Mecum Auction Dallas - 2 Rancheros sold for $110,000 and $70,000

I had mentioned I had gone to the Mecum auction on another thread, but is worth mentioning again since I reviewed the catalog sales numbers on the 2 Rancheros.  I saw both a super charged Dresden blue and White 1957 Ranchero with all the documentation and a Red and White 1957 Ranchero done by Jerry Miller of Jerry's Classics out of Springdale, AR.   Both were beautiful I was shocked to find that the more rare one sold for $40,000 less that the other... The buyers must have saw something that I didn't. Both were perfect.  Here are a couple pictures of the red one. I can't believe it sold for $110,000.. Just Crazy!
