That is a real nice story, especially the fact that it has been in his family since day one.

Well long story short, guy buys a 57 Ford off his Grandfather that has been in the family since new, been sitting in a barn since the 70s. On the rear drivers quarter and the trunk only, there is surface rust but the rest of the car is the original paint, asked his Grandfather about it told him that the friend that was driving pulled over to take a leak, killed the lights and was rear ended by a cop! Anyways he's driving the car now. 4 door, blue, auto, V8. If you need more info maybe Texas57 knows. HRD

"Texas '57" doesn't spend much time there anymore...I don't know any more than what was on that thread. Three or four months ago they reworked the Hamb it seems to discourage guys like myself who didn't belong there anyways....so I obliged(sp?). No hard feelings, I can deal with being unwanted (sniff), lol.
