I'm sure somewhere on this planet, someone has built a 57 Ford trailer.

Thor

I found this a while back. 1958 Retractable with a matching trailer.

Someone put a lot of work into the trailer for the 58 retractable.
That black custom is beautiful.  When those Customs are black, they are beautiful.  You will never see me towing a trailer with mine though.

My dad has a 1958 Scottie tear-drop trailer he pulls behind his 1958 turquose/whiteRetractable.  My parents have done the Route 66 Tour through New Mexico a few times in the last couple years with the combo.   They even sleep in the trailer and park at some of the vintage RV parks along old Route 66.

Guess I better say, I'm glad I went.

Jeff, I like the fender emblems on the black 300, I think Ford should have put engine badges on the 57's like they have done for so many other years.

Zapato

there was the back half of a 2 door 57 wagon for sale on Craigslist that was tempting me, figured it could easily be made into a poor mans camper.
