I've only got a couple of photos of the original type F-code supercharged cars. One of them has a cold air intake stainless ice bucket and billet bonnet. Here is what I have.

I don't have any of those parts in my collection. Did you happen to notice the neat trash can fuel filter on the black Custom?
don't ever turn down one of those if you should happen to stumble into one somewhere.

The aircleaner without the large holes are for the McCullough paxton VS57. Jeff, I emailed you a picture of a57 with that filter.
