One more instrument cluster Question

How do I remove the Plastic window from the metal cluster housing?  I part with the numbers on it.

It's held in by all those little metal clips that you will see if you look from the back once the face is seperated from the speedo mechanism.
I belive I removed a few with a hooked scribe prior to gently pushing the lens from the front and out the back.

I see the black metal clips and how did they come out I pushed on them are pulled on him I don't know how they come out

Those clips kinda dig into the plastic. I just pryed mine plastic cover off. Once the plastic face is off the metal clips will come off, I replaced mine with a Dennis Carpenter repro. Not a very accurate repro though but it does look better than what I had.
