Hydraulic windshield wipers

Thought for a few minutes that there was another source (other than 59-62) for Ford electric wipers. But was soon proved wrong. Quick Google search taught me 62-66 t-bird wipers are run off the power steering pump. Who knew........... surely not I.

Zap, sorry but the hydrolic wipers for Birds was late 63 - 66.  My 62 Bird was electric as was the 63 I restored for a good friend.  I saw some in late 63 run were hydrolic.  64s - 66s were all run off the power steering pump and are variable speed.  My 65 Bird sat for almost 15 years between my place and others....hooked it up with re-popped hoses and they worked like they were never shut down!
