rear AC

Has anyone tried installing an ac system with a rear unit?  We just bought a yukon xl and were thinking that would ne really awesome in the 57 wagon....

Sounds kool (pun intended)
May have a rear visability and headroom problem though.
Friends Excursion has it, really helps cool down all that interior volume.

I live in Arizona and I have thought about rear AC for my Ranch Wagon but I think I will just go with the Vintage Air and hope for the best.  Please post up if you find a solution to rear air.

Jerry...not to hijack this thread, but while I'm thinking about it...a pic of what I did for mounting straps for the firewall side of the evaporator. Keep in mind mine had to be located in a different position than most, but it'll give you an idea anyways.
