Draglink Identification

When I bought my Ranchero it was missing a number of steering related parts, among them the drag link. I've been told that there is a difference in drag links for manual vs. power steering.   Is that correct?    And how do you tell them apart?
In an earlier post, I asked about an idler arm. Are they different as well, for manual vs. power steering?

The draglinks are very different.
The P/S unit has the P/S controller mounted on the drivers side and
a mount for the ram cyl near the center.

The manual one only has a fitting on each end and 2 tierod mounting holes.
