"A" Pillar Interior Trim Question?

I need the right side ( passenger ) "A" pillar interior trim piece for my Ranchero.
Can someone tell me if it is the same piece, as on a Fairlane 500, as on a Ranchero. I located one on a Fairlane 500 out of state, but do not know if it is interchangeable with a Ranchero. If the Ranchero "A" Pillar trim is not interchangeable with a Fairlane 500, what model does it interchange with?

I am not positive but I am pretty sure the Fairlane and Ranchero "A" pillar trims are not interchangable. I believe the Customs and the wagons are the same as the Rancheros. Here is one on eBay

After my windshield fiasco this spring, I know the Fairlane widshield is an inch smaller that the Customs. As Lynn stated, Customs Rancheros and wagons are the same.
