Can anyone tell me where the accessory under dash spotlight indicator light should be mounted.  Thanks.

They were dealer installed, mount it wherever you want.

Yeah I think they hired some kid with a dull pocket knife to make the holes.

Mines on the dash just to the right of where the spotlight arm goes through.

Your light is different than the under dash type that I have which actually says SPOT on the lens.  Sorry I'm not home to take a picture.  It actually doesn't seem that it would be very visible if under dash, the light is not particularly bright.  I've seen them listed on Ebay as for 57-58 Fords, also universal.  It came with my used lights.  Thanks for your input.  Who hasn't had a dead battery from a left on spotlight?  Actually there is one for sale on ebay now.  They want $180 for it.

Mine is wired through the ignition so no chance of leaving it on
