Jeff, I gotta tell ya, I love your tag line. Thanks to all for the very kind words about my 55!  For me, as much as the beauty of the car, the drive train is as important. I always wanted a hot rod 55CV since I was a kid and my sisters boy friend showed up in a 56. He had the original (as I recall being about 10 at the time) police package. As I got a little older the 57 E Code (I love the look of those dual quads baby!) became my personal dream drive train. For me, the 55-56CV became my dream body style and the 57 my dream drive train. Finally at the tender young age of 63 it's coming together. Just a little unsolicited history. Again, thanks for the terrific welcome.

Love your car, I always loved my 55 CV too and dreamed of putting it on a 57 chassis for the better suspension. But those were in my younger years when dreams were cheap and reality was expensive and out of reach.

That CV is bad ass....... I have a soft spot for 55-56......I had one(55) and regret selling it...... damn.. new children can be so inconvenient .
Love the attitude your 55 exemplifies....... love it.
