Paint Stamp on Dash

When getting ready to strip dash to paint I found the ink stamp shown below on bottom edge to the left of where glove box is.  Has anyone seen this complete stamp and know what it originally said?  All I can make out is PAINT on top and 4?? below.  This is from a Model 70A Custom.  The original dash paint color is grey metallic.
