Lower Control Arm Pins

I haven't got past straightening those short and stout pins with a hammer.
............under the spreading chestnut tree the village smithy stood.......
reminds me of the Arm & Hammer logo!

On disassembly it was obvious the car had taken a hard hit in the front. The whole front clip had been replaced and there was damage along the front edge of the cowl top that had been covered with body filler. That would explain the slightly bent control arm pins.
